Principle 3. Data transmission under the Just Crypto Asset Protection Framework

In order to comply with the legal requirements for safe custody of client assets, Just Crypto maintains deposit accounts at the following credit entities: CaixaBank, S.A and BBVA, S.A. For the purpose of these services, we will send you formal identification data (identity document, full name) for these credit institutions if applicable.

Principle 4. We establish safeguards to help ensure the security and confidentiality of your information

Just Crypto restricts access to your company information to only those of our employees who need it to do their jobs. Employees with access to your information must strictly maintain the confidentiality of such information.

Just Crypto maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with industry standards to protect your business information. We routinely check our information systems and websites to help ensure that unauthorized access does not occur.

Principle 5. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as described above
