1. Access and use the services offered by Just Crypto

1.1. Access to the Just Crypto Platform

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter, “General Terms and Conditions”) regulate the use of the Just Crypto platform, which is accessible at www.justcrypto.es (hereinafter, “the Platform” or “The Just Crypto Platform” ). Through the Just Crypto Platform, users are offered information and access to their products and services (hereinafter, the “Services”).

2. Price of Services and payment terms

If the Services offered by Just Crypto require users to pay a price to use and enjoy them, this will be reported in the Specific Conditions and the user agrees to pay Just Crypto that price (hereinafter the “Price”), complying with all payment conditions and any other requirements stipulated for such payments in the Specific Conditions. In any case, the obligations of information and transparency with regard to the Price provided for in the applicable regulations will be met.

2.2. Just Crypto will have no obligation to provide the Services if the user has not paid the Price in full or does not comply with the General Conditions of the Platform or the Specific Conditions of the Services.

2.3. If the user breaches its obligations regarding the Price, the General Conditions of the Platform or the Specific Conditions of the Services, Just Crypto reserves the right to suspend the Services or cancel the contractual relationship with the User.

3. Responsibility regarding the information contained in the Just Crypto Platform

3.1. Operation of the Just Crypto Platform

Just Crypto uses all possible efforts to make the Just Crypto Platform work correctly, avoiding errors or fixing them when appropriate and keeping the content of the Just Crypto Platform duly updated. However, Just Crypto does not guarantee the availability and continuity of access to the Just Crypto Platform, nor does it guarantee that its contents are free of errors or that they are always updated.

The user accepts the foregoing and undertakes to take the greatest care and precaution when accessing and using the Just Crypto Platform or the contents, information and Services that are made available.

11) Carry out any action that causes disproportionate or unnecessary saturation in the infrastructure of the Platform or in the Just Crypto systems or networks, as well as in the systems and networks connected to the Just Crypto Platform.

Just Crypto will not be held responsible for any consequences that may arise from the improper use of this content or from the negligence of users in relation to it.

In accordance with the foregoing, the user undertakes to make good use of the Just Crypto Platform, understanding good use as that which is in accordance with current legislation, good faith and public order.

3.4. User responsibility

The user is aware, and voluntarily accepts, that he uses the Services exclusively under his own responsibility, for which reason he will be responsible for the damages of any kind that Just Crypto may suffer as a result of not complying with any of the obligations that are applicable to him in under these General Conditions of the Platform, any Specific Conditions, the Privacy Policy or the applicable legislation in relation to the use of the Services.

The user must know that communications through open networks are exposed to a plurality of threats that make them unsafe. It is the responsibility of the user to adopt all the appropriate technical measures to reasonably control these threats and, among them, having up-to-date systems for detecting malicious software, such as viruses, Trojans, etc., as well as having the corresponding security patches up-to-date. browsers.

For the use of the Just Crypto Platform it is required, for certain Services, that the user himself provide the data that is required, having to provide them in a precise, truthful and real way so that Just Crypto can provide the Services of correctly and, in no case, contact the user.

Under no circumstances will Just Crypto be responsible for the data provided by the users, so each one of them will be responsible for the possible consequences, errors and failures that could derive from the lack of quality of the data.

3.5. Use of information contained in the Just Crypto Platform

Users accessing the Just Crypto Platform and using any information or Services accessible through it do so solely at their own risk.

Therefore, Just Crypto will not be liable for any damages that may arise, either directly or indirectly, as a result of accessing or using the information contained in the Just Crypto Platform.

In addition, Just Crypto will not be responsible for any damage caused to users’ software or hardware resulting from accessing or using the Just Crypto Platform.

Additionally, and to the extent permitted by law unless otherwise stipulated in the rest of the General Conditions of the Platform or Specific, under no circumstances will Just Crypto be held liable for personal, accidental or special damages, whether caused directly or indirectly. The brands, labels, distinctive signs or logos that appear on the Just Crypto platform are the property of Just Crypto or its content providers and are duly registered or in the process of being registered. The names of other products, services, and companies appearing in this document or on the Just Crypto Platform may be trade names or other registered trade names of their respective legal owners.

6.4. All text, graphics, video or audio content is the property of Just Crypto or its content providers. It is prohibited for users or third parties to modify, copy, alter, reproduce, adjust or translate them without the express authorization of the owners of said content.

6.5. 7. User license for the Just Crypto Platform

7.2. The license to use the Services through the Just Crypto Platform is a non-transferable license to use this Platform on any compatible device that the user owns or controls, in accordance with the rules of use stipulated in these General Conditions of the Platform. This License does not allow users to use the Just Crypto Platform through other devices that the user does not own or control, and users may not make the Just Crypto Platform available on a network for use by multiple mobile devices at the same time.

7.3. Users may not rent, lease, loan, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Just Crypto Platform. User may not copy, disassemble, reverse engineer, try to obtain the source code, modify or create derivative projects based on the Just Crypto Platform, any of its updates or any part thereof (unless and to the extent that any of the above restrictions are prohibited by applicable law, or to the extent permitted by the terms of the user license of any of the open source components included in the License). Any attempt to do so will be a violation of Just Crypto’s rights. Failure of the user to comply with these restrictions could result in legal action and the user may be required to pay damages. 7.4. The License will remain in effect until terminated by the user or by Just Crypto. The rights granted under this License will terminate without prior notice if the user does not comply with the provisions of the General Conditions of the Platform, the Specific Conditions or the Privacy Policy. Upon termination of the License, the user must stop using the Just Crypto Platform and destroy or uninstall all full or partial copies of it.

8. Access to the Just Crypto platform from mobile devices

8.1. Everything established in these General Conditions of the Platform will apply to users who access the Platform from a mobile phone, other mobile devices or any computer equipment that allows access to the Just Crypto Platform at any time.

8.2. In this sense, users are informed that Just Crypto does not charge users for access to the contents or services of the Just Crypto Platform from a mobile device, but that the operator of the user’s telephone network will apply any fee applicable to the shipment. and data reception.

9. Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing

Just Crypto has adopted manuals and internal procedures to carry out these treatments with full guarantees regarding the rights of users. In this sense, in order to comply with such obligations, the user at the request of Just Crypto must provide all the necessary information so that Just Crypto can comply with the obligations set forth in the applicable regulations and adopt the measures it deems convenient in the event that it is not provided by the user.

10. Cancellation and ineffectiveness of the clauses

10.1. If any condition or clause of the General Conditions of the Platform or Specific Conditions is declared null or ineffective, partially or totally, this annulment will only affect the provision or part that is declared null or ineffective. All other conditions or clauses will continue to apply, and the affected provision or part will be considered null and void, unless they are required to apply in their entirety.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

11.1. The access and use of the Services will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation.

11.2. Any dispute that arises between Just Crypto and the user will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law.
